The Kizilelma stealth drone, developed by the Turkish company Baykar, has made its first flight. The technical director of the company, Selchuk Bayraktar, announced this on Twitter.
The published video shows the takeoff and landing of an unmanned aerial vehicle.
It is assumed that the unmanned fighter will be able to carry air-to-air guided missiles and work together with manned aircraft. The maximum speed of Kizilelma will be 800 kilometers per hour, and the mass of the payload will be 1.5 tons. The drone will be able to stay in the air for up to five hours.
