Kostyantyn Kryvopust: Prime Minister Netanyahu will visit Ankara on an official visit

A new step in improving Israel’s relations with the largest state of the Middle East: the Prime Minister of Israel will pay an official visit to Turkey. This will be the second meeting between the two leaders in the last decade and a half.

Yesterday evening, the offices of the Prime Minister and President of Turkey Erdogan informed about Netanyahu’s visit to Turkey on July 28. Next week, the Israeli leader will also go to Cyprus.

“President Erdoğan will receive Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on July 28. The meeting will discuss bilateral relations with the aim of deepening cooperation between the countries,” the Turkish side said in a statement.

The Office of the President of Turkey also reported that the head of the Palestinian Authority, Abu Mazen, will come to Ankara the same week.

This week, Netanyahu received an invitation from the king of Morocco to visit the country on an official visit, the first in the history of the relationship.

At the beginning of the week, Netanyahu received a long-awaited invitation to the White House.
