In the near future, the Verkhovna Rada will consider a draft law that will provide an opportunity to ensure the transparency of the work of Ukrainian customs, said the Speaker of the Parliament, Ruslan Stefanchuk.
“Now we have an urgent restart of customs. You know that the relevant bill is already in the chamber. I think that in the near future it will also be considered by the Ukrainian parliament,” Stefanchuk said on Monday, speaking at the conference “Ukraine on the way to the OECD and joining the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery” in Kyiv.
He noted that there were serious discussions about this draft law. “I think we have found that important formula that will make it possible to ensure the transparency of Ukrainian customs.”
