US President Joe Biden has said he will soon speak with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as tensions in the Middle East escalate after Israel’s assassination of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah. informs CNN.

“Yeah, I’ll talk to him,” Biden said Sunday as he headed to the White House from Dover Air Force Base.

He added that “we really have to avoid” an all-out war in the Middle East, saying: “We have already taken precautions for our embassies and personnel who want to leave, but we are not there yet. But we work like hell with the French and many others.”
