Unofficial sources indicate that the organizer of the channel is the resident of the Pruszhgorod Watchman Meshko Pavlo Omelyanovich, a former member of the Party of Regions and the head of the local organization “Union of Youth of Regions of Ukraine”, former head of the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic. Its detachment is a resident of Svalyava, Andrey Ploskina.
On December 23, 2024, employees of the Operations and search department “Tyachiv” of the Mukachevo Border Detachment exposed the organizers of the scheme of illegal crossing of persons across the border. This was reported by the Mukachevo Border Squad.
As a result of the measures to expose offenders, the operatives found that the two Transcarpathians intended to cross the Tisza three military men – residents of Donetsk region, Dnipropetrovsk and Kyiv region to Romania.
“Volkswagen T5”, which one of the cross -riders to the border of their clients, the border guards tried to stop at the control post. However, the driver of the car ignored the legitimate demand of the outfit and, creating a dangerous maneuver, which was threatened with the life of a serviceman, at high speed traveled towards the village of Nizhny Apsha village.
The border guards began to chase the fugitive, which eventually failed to manage and drove into the concrete pillar at high speed. Then he ran out of the car and tried to leave the scene.
One of his passengers – a resident of Donetsk region, as a result of an accident he suffered serious injuries. The victim was called “ambulance”. With numerous fractures and slaughter, the man spent a day in intensive care. Currently, his health is satisfactory.
The border guards also called the police outfit to the scene.
The driver was caught up. He was dressed in a police officer. According to the planned “law enforcement officer”, the white color of the vehicle with a green lane, as on the collection cars and the driver in the form of a police officer, should distract the vigilance of the border guards at control posts. In this way, the dealers tried to send his customers to the border.
In addition to the injured person, a resident of Donetsk region, two Ukrainians – residents of Vyshneve cities and Kryvyi Rih, who said that they had to get abroad illegally, and that one of them paid for a trip 12 thousand dollars, the other “ticket” for 9.5 thousand euros was purchased. Whether the third person has managed to give money, it is not known now because his condition does not allow a survey.
In the trunk of the foreign car, during the inspection, rescue vests and hydraulic dishes were found, in which the offenders were obviously going to swim the Tisza.
Soon, law enforcement officers established another person involved in this scheme for the transfer of servicemen.
He and the driver were detained in the order of Article 208 of the CCP. They have already been reported suspected of committing a crime under Article 332 of the Criminal Code.
According to the Transcarpathian Regional Prosecutor’s Office, it is about a 48-year-old resident of Mukachevo region and a 52-year-old resident of Uzhgorod (Storozhnytsya village- ed.). Dilles planned to get to Rakhiv region, from where three “clients” had to go to Romania. Both defendants have already chosen precautions – detention with the possibility of bail.
Measures to terminate the criminal offense were carried out by employees of the Operational and search department “Tyachiv” of the Mukachevo Border Detachment together with the staff of the Migration Police of the SUNP of Ukraine in the Transcarpathian region and employees of the Transcarpathian Department of Internal Security of the NPU.
Given the fact that for more than four months since the commission of a bold crime, the public is interested in the fate of the relevant criminal proceedings and procedural decisions made in them.
