A recipe for making cheesecakes that are lush and delicate like a cloud


Cheesecakes are one of the most popular cheese dishes. We offer you to cook cheesecakes in a pan, which turn out lush, tender and tasty, with a minimum amount of flour.


  • Dry cheese with a fat content of 5% or 9% – 500 grams
  • Banana – 1 pc.
  • Flour – 2 tbsp. l. (may be more depending on the moisture content of the cheese and the weight of the banana)
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp. l.


1. If the cheese is not dry, squeeze the moisture out of it with cheesecloth. Beat cheese and banana with a blender until smooth.

2. Add sugar and flour. If the dough holds its shape well, then 1 tbsp will be enough. l. spoons of flour. If the dough is still liquid and does not stick, you need to add a little more flour. Mix the dough well.

3. Dust the surface with flour and form cheesecakes with your hands.

4. Fry in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil until golden brown for 3-4 minutes on each side over moderate heat. You can cover with a lid so that the cheesecakes are well baked inside.

5. Put the finished cheesecakes on a paper towel to absorb excess fat. Serve cheesecakes with your favorite sauces, sour cream, jam, honey, etc.
