Security Service of Ukraine detained Russian agentwho helped the aggressor prepare missile strikes on the airfields of the Kirovgrad region.
As reported in the department’s press service, the traitor received a task from his Russian “curator”. He turned out to be a personnel employee of the 5th service of the FSB, who is in temporarily occupied Crimea.
To carry out the intelligence mission, the Russian agent collected as much information as possible about the technical condition of Ukrainian airfields and the possible presence of combat aircraft and warehouses with ammunition of the Armed Forces.
The attacker also tried to identify the firing positions of the air defense system near Ukrainian aviation facilities.
The Russians also wanted to find out the total number of possible hits on the airfield infrastructure of the Kirovohrad region.
