And, “BENEFICIARY” who..? (Act four) | UA2DAY

Date:

Not stopping at the previously published materials about the “dark side” of certain employees of the anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine, we continue to meticulously research open information about everyone who works there.

We remind you that the only goal of our research is to ensure a positive image of the law enforcement system, which, accordingly, depends on the personnel policy of the departments.

Our today’s hero is the senior detective of the 2nd division – Viktor Volodymyrovych Fursevich.

So, Victor received a good education and decided to devote his life to serving the people of Ukraine. The career path of the future detective begins with the offices of the SBU in Luhansk and Ternopil regions, where he manifests himself quite positively. However, the level of wages and potential opportunities of the SBU at that time was quite low, and Viktor Volodymyrovych resigned from the ranks of the special service and successfully passed the selection to the division of the newly created anti-corruption institution.

Similar changes in the place of work have a positive effect on the financial situation of the detective, which is rapidly improving from 199,618 hryvnias in salary for 2016 and a small apartment in the city of Shumsk, which is jointly owned with Viktor’s father and sister, to 423,134 hryvnias and 7,000 USD in cash – in 2017, 932,643 hryvnias, 29,173 US dollars in 2018, and the right to live free of charge in a Kyiv apartment owned by the mother of a work colleague and one of the subjects of our study, Dmytro Nechiporenko, and, accordingly, 884,546 hryvnias of wages and 46,500 US dollars for 2019 .

So, really, thanks to his own professional abilities and good financing of the anti-corruption body, Mr. Viktor became an official millionaire – a civil servant – in three years. And he is already at the level where, in addition to his salary and accumulated wealth, he will also be gifted with 1,000,000 hryvnias in 2020.

However, the above information does not cause any special claims or comments. Like, everything looks perfect. Therefore, we decided to inquire about Mr. Fursevich’s family ties and their fortunes…

And here it got more interesting…

Viktor’s sister – Oksana Volodymyrivna Sopronyuk (Fursevich) in 2011, in accordance with the Decree of the former President of Ukraine, and now suspected of high treason Yanukovych V.F. – appointed to the post of judge of the Netishyn district court of Khmelnytskyi region.

The judge’s professional activity did not arouse much interest, but his fortune is quite interesting.

In particular, for 2020 alone, Ms. Oksana declares 351,000 wages, 275,000 and 17,000 US dollars in cash, a car worth 120,000 hryvnias, joint joint ownership of an apartment in Shumsk, an apartment in Netishyn, purchased from a Kyiv lawyer and part-time mayor’s assistant. Kherson – Inna Yatsyuk, a house in Shepetivka, a room in Netishyn, a plot of land in Shepetivka, a second apartment in Netishyn, purchased from a “family” FOP – Lesya Tkachuk, through which the “family” is actually engaged in business activities in the areas of renting out premises, services freight transport and grain trade.

So, in the talented Fursevich family – the second millionaire, who, while serving as a judge of the district court, managed, only officially, to declare 5 real estate objects in the amount of hundreds of thousands of US dollars.

However, to tell the truth, Ms. Oksana is helped by her husband, Vitaly Sopronyuk, who is a prosecutor of the Netishyn Department of the Shepetiv City Prosecutor’s Office of the Khmelnytskyi Region and has an ambitious desire to become a prosecutor in the SAP, but constantly interferes with the competition.

In addition to her husband, her father-in-law Vasyl Andriyovych Soproniuk takes part in providing for the family. He is a deputy of the Izyaslav District Council of the Khmelnytskyi Region and the owner of thousands of hectares of land, which he successfully leases to well-known domestic agricultural enterprises.

Also, a significant role in the lives of our heroes is played by the cousin of Mr. Fursevich – Nikitin Ivan – the inspector of the personnel support sector of the Kremenets department of the National Police Service in the Ternopil region.

So, we have a vivid example of a family clan of dollar millionaires – civil servants, which includes: a deputy, a prosecutor, a judge, a policeman and a detective.

According to the editors, it is a “powerful” team and a talented family, if we do not mention the second cousin of Mr. Fursevich – Yury Volodymyrovych Kovalik – a former deputy prosecutor of the Kremenets District Prosecutor’s Office of the Ternopil Region, convicted in 2018 for a road accident that caused the death of the victim. And of course, the driver was intoxicated.

So, summarizing, the following question arises: do candidates for the responsible positions of NABU detectives undergo a special background check, including their relatives, and is it effectively conducted if representatives of corrupt clans with millions of fortunes and relatives convicted of cynical crimes are appointed to the positions , serious crimes committed while intoxicated?
