The most common second dish is potatoes with meat. It is loved in every house and they try to cook it both on ordinary days and on holidays. The difference is only in the method of its preparation. Most likely, this is due to the fact that potatoes are the “second bread” on our table and are great as a side dish to any kind of meat and meat dishes. Baked potatoes with chicken fillet is a dish of special importance. Its beautiful aroma will not leave indifferent even the most demanding critics. Ingredients for cooking baked potatoes with chicken fillet:
- Potatoes – 1 kg.
- Chicken fillet – 500 gr.
- Mayonnaise – 150 gr.
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Hard cheese – 200 gr.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. spoon

Step 1: The first layer is potatoes.
Peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly. After that, cut the potatoes into medium-sized pieces. Potatoes are salted to taste and slightly peppered, after which they are thoroughly mixed in a bowl. The deco or form is greased with oil. After that, sliced potatoes are laid out on it in an even thin layer.
Step 2: The next layer is chicken fillet.
Chicken fillet is considered the most tender meat, and it is also easily digestible. That is why its use in this dish is justified, as it compensates for baked potatoes. The fillet must be thawed and rinsed well in water. After that, it should be cut into medium-sized pieces. The chicken fillet is slightly salted. If you have the most favorite seasonings for meat, you can also use them to season the fillet. Chicken meat is laid out in the next layer on potatoes.
Step 3: The last layer is cheese-mayonnaise dressing.
Hard cheese should be grated on a coarse grater and mixed with mayonnaise. We pass the cleaned and well-washed garlic through a press and also add it to the mass. Mix the ingredients thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous cheese-mayonnaise mass. With this dressing, we cover the entire surface of the chicken fillet with a thick, uniform layer. This is the final layer of the dish.

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. We send the baking sheet to the oven. At this temperature, the dish is baked for about 50 minutes. The finished dish has a bright golden crust and a bright characteristic aroma. Baked potatoes with chicken fillet can be cut into squares and put on plates.
