Danilov reacted to Wallace’s words about Ukraine’s “insufficient gratitude”.

The Secretary of the National Security Council emphasized that Britain remains one of the most powerful allies of Ukraine.

Oleksii Danilov, Secretary of the National Security Council, commented on the words of the British Defense Minister, Ben Wallace, that Ukraine should express more gratitude for the military assistance provided.

He stated this in a comment The Guardian on Thursday, July 13.

Danilov advised not to pay important attention to the words spoken by the British minister.

“I wouldn’t pay much attention to what he said. Everyone can say something when they are excited, and then regret it… I know for sure that this is not his true position,” said Danilov.

In addition, the Secretary of the National Security Council emphasized that Britain remains one of the most powerful allies of Ukraine.

“We would like more, but we are grateful for what we already have. If everyone helped us the way Great Britain is helping us, we would be in a very different situation now. In particular, thanks to Britain, we were able to survive the very first period of the war, just like the United States,” says Danilov.
