DTEK warns of power outages on weekends in some areas of Kyiv

Date:

Probable outages are related to repairs at energy facilities.

On the weekend, stabilizing power outages in the capital will occur due to the fact that the power grids that remain in operation will not be able to transmit all the power that the regions need, DTEK explains.

On Saturday, February 18, power supply restrictions will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. in the Left Bank part of the capital and in the Holosiivskyi district.

On Sunday, February 19, — from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Holosiivsk, Solomyansk, Darnytsk, and Dnipro districts.

Disconnection of customers will occur exclusively according to the schedules posted on site DTEK Kyiv Electric Networks.

Kiyan is asked to understand the situation. Energy engineers work around the clock to improve it.

Yesterday, February 17, actual consumption was measured in Kyiv, so stabilization and emergency shutdowns were not applied.
