On the night of March 28, a strong wind damaged power grids in Kyiv and the Kyiv region. This led to power line accidents.
In Kyiv, emergency power outages are introduced in the Shevchenkiv, Solomyan, Svyatoshyn, Holosiiv, Pechersk, Podil, Darnytsky, and Dnipro districts.
DTEK specified that in part of the Holosiivskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, Shevchenkivskyi and Solomyanskyi districts, disconnections are taking place according to the stabilization schedules. You can check information about current outages here.
Meanwhile, in the Kyiv region, energy workers are eliminating emergency shutdowns in the Vyshgorod, Kyiv-Sviatoshyn, and Vasylkiv power stations.
“Currently, about 60 settlements affected by bad weather have been cut off. 62 6-10 kV lines and over a thousand transformer substations remain damaged. More than 30,000 customers are without electricity,” informs the press service of DTEK.
