The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dismissed Dmitry Klimenkov from the post of Deputy Minister of Defense at his own request.
According to with order №64 On January 28, the government liberated Klimenkov from the post of Deputy Minister of Defense at his own request.
As reported, in the middle of June, the Ministry of Defense reported from the recruiter LLC “Telent Edgers Berndtson) a list of 12 candidates for independent members 9 candidates for independent members of the Supervisory Board of DOT from 7 countries. Finally, the Supervisory Boards of AOP and DOT were established in January 2025, but in December the statutes of these enterprises were changed with the cutting of the powers of supervisory boards. The AOP Supervisory Council in the conflict of the Minister and the Director of the Agency, which has already been formed, unanimously decided to continue the contract with the Bezruk for a year, as well as to conduct a comprehensive audit of the Agency with the involvement of NATO International Council.
The Ministry of Defense did not agree to such a continuation, but the Supervisory Board is now two votes against the two, taking into account the pre -emptive right of the vote of the chairman of the experts of the Minister of Defense Yuri Dzhigir continued the Bezrukova contract on January 24. On the same day, Umerov reported that the contract with Bezruk would not continue, and the AOP will be governed by the head of DOT Zhumadilov, combining these positions.
