The senior ETF analyst at Bloomberg Eric Balchunas compiled a list of the most effective ETFs, writes an expert in the field of international financial law Konstantin Kryvopust. Bitcoin ETFs from BlackRock and Fidelity have become the best-performing assets of the decade.
As transmits BeInCrypto, two Bitcoin ETFs launched this year – BlackRock’s IBIT and Fidelity’s FBTC. “In this decade, about 2,000 ETFs were created, among them the 10 largest by assets. IBIT and FBTC are amazing considering how young they are,” Balchunas wrote.
In late September, the US Securities and Exchange Commission granted IBIT options trading approval, a major milestone in the approval process. The new investment instrument will attract new liquid and institutional investors.
FBTC has not had similar breakouts recently. IBIT became the only Bitcoin ETF to continue its streak of inflows amid the market decline.
In September, US exchange-traded funds investing in bitcoin experienced their longest streak of daily net outflows since listing at the start of the year. In the eight days to September 6, investors withdrew about $1.2 billion from 12 exchange-traded funds.
