In February, Russia conducted a test of the intercontinental ballistic missile “Sarmat”, which turned out to be a failure.
However, the Russians are trying to intimidate the USA with it – a resident of the city of Karabanov, Volodymyr region, launched a home-made missile “at Washington”.
The relevant footage was released by Russian Telegram channels.
In the video, a middle-aged man counts down and with the words “to Washington” releases a home-made rocket, which slowly rises into the sky to silly music.
It’s hard to tell what’s in this man’s head – whether it was a joke or something else.
