This recipe will appeal to the most demanding gourmet and will help you surprise your loved ones, although you will spend very little time on its preparation. Cream of mushroom soup – fragrant, tender and very tasty soup made of mushrooms, onions and cream. Even if you have not yet tried to cook pureed soups, be sure to do it now, because there is nothing difficult in cooking, and the taste and appearance are completely different from ordinary soup.
Ingredients for making cream of mushroom soup:
- Mushrooms (champignons) – 500 grams.
- Chicken broth – 600 milliliters.
- Onions – 2 pieces.
- Cream (of any fat) – 200 milliliters.
- Butter – 40 grams.
- Whole wheat flour – 2 tablespoons.
- Refined sunflower oil – 2 tablespoons.
- Salt, ground black pepper – to taste.

Preparation of cream of mushroom soup.
Step 1: chop mushrooms and onions
