In Kyiv, the US delegation, which includes the Director General of the International Development Finance Corporation, Scott Nathan, and USAID representatives, will sign an agreement with President Volodymyr Zelenskyi on an investment of $25 million in Horizon Capital to support small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine.
This was announced by the US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink on Twitter.
It is noted that the delegation met with Ukrainian officials for the official ceremony of signing the agreement.
“The General Director of the International Development Finance Corporation of the USA Scott Nathan, the Assistant Administrator of USAID Europe/Eurasia Erin McKee and the Coordinator of the State Department’s assistance in Europe Maria Longhi were warmly welcomed in Kyiv for the signing with President Volodymyr Zelensky of the agreement on the $25 million investment of the International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) at Horizon Capital to help fast-growing small and medium-sized businesses,” the post reads.

The American company Horizon Capital was able to attract 254 million dollars for investments in Ukrainian companies through its fund Horizon Capital Growth Fund IV.
