The Air Force of Ukraine disclosed the details of the Russian attack on the night of May 25.
The enemy again attacked Ukraine with Iranian-made attack drones “Shahed”.
“A total of 36 barrage munitions were launched from the northern and southern directions. Presumably, the enemy aimed to attack critical infrastructure and military facilities in the western regions of the country,” the military shared an analysis of the enemy’s actions.
Anti-aircraft missile units, fighter aircraft, mobile fire groups in the areas of responsibility of the Southern Air Command, the Center Air Command, the West Air Command and the air defense of other components of the Defense Forces of Ukraine were brought in to repel the attack!
All 36 “martyrs” were destroyed by joint efforts.
As the “Evening Kyiv” publication reported, the capital of the Russian Federation was attacked by several waves of drones at night.
