The National Bank of Ukraine included the first two insurance companies in the list of insurers that have the right to make payments under reinsurance contracts concluded with non-resident reinsurers, without restrictions on the date of conclusion of such contracts (hereinafter referred to as the List of Insurers).
They became:
- PJSC “TAS INSURANCE GROUP” (EDRPOU 30115243);
- PJSC “INSURANCE COMPANY “UNIVERSALNA” (EDRPOU 20113829).
Such decisions were made by the Committee on Supervision and Regulation of the Activities of Non-Banking Financial Institutions of the National Bank on March 6, 2023 to fulfill the requirementsResolution No. 7 of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine dated February 10, 2023 “On Amendments to Resolution No. 18 of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine dated February 24, 2022”which entered into force on February 14, 2023.
