Visitors can enjoy interesting meetings with children’s writers, book exhibitions and concerts.
Every year at the beginning of April, the museum holds Children’s Book Week, during which creative meetings take place, and children and parents have the opportunity to join the modern world of children’s Ukrainian literature.
The event is timed to the International Children’s Book Day, which is celebrated on April 2, the birthday of the great storyteller Hans Christian Andersen.
In the museum, the Children’s Book Week is held from April 3 to 7 under the slogan “The book gives wings and courage.”

On Monday, April 3, at the National Literary Museum of Ukraine, at the literary and artistic evening for the 105th anniversary of the birth of Oles Honchar, the laureates of the Oles Honchar International German-Ukrainian Prize will be awarded.
