The National Energy Commission appointed the fourth inspection of Chernivtsioblenergo due to complaints

Consumers complained about irregular power outages and incompetent responses from call centers

The National Commission for the Regulation of Energy and Communal Services appointed another unscheduled inspection of Chernivtsioblenergo due to complaints from three consumers.

This was discussed at the meeting of the commission, which was broadcast on the YouTube channel of the NCREKP, writes “Public“.

The commission will also check five more electricity distribution companies — DTEK Kyiv Networks and Kyiv Regional Networks, Lvivoblenergo, Poltavaoblenergo, Khmelnytskoblenergo.

The draft decision of the national commission states that consumers complained, in particular, about uneven power outages, the absence or irrelevance of information on the website, as well as incompetent responses from call centers.

This is the fourth unscheduled field inspection of the company. In total, Oblenergo received seven complaints from consumers.
