“The sea is on our side.” The storm does not allow the Russian Federation to withdraw its ships with missiles – OK South

Date:

Stormy weather prevents the Russian troops from taking their missile ships to the Black Sea.

As reported on the air telethon the head of the joint press center of the Southern Defense Forces of Ukraine, Nataliya Gumenyuk, reported that the Russian Federation has brought its ship group to the base points as much as possible.

“The sea is on our side, because now the weather is really helping, the storm is getting stronger,” she said.

Humenyuk added that three units out of 10 that were at sea the previous day remain on combat duty.

At the same time, she emphasized that this is not a reason to relax, as the ships can be put out to sea again.

According to Humenyuk, the storm is not so critical that it can prevent the ships from fulfilling their tasks.

She noted that the missile carriers are charged and can go out to sea again in 2-3 hours.

The day before, Humenyuk warned that Russia is probably preparing for a new attack on Ukraine for the holidaysbut it will not necessarily be a massive missile strike.

The Air Force also called to prepare for new missile strikes of the Russian Federation.

Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the National Security Council, in turn noted that due to the lack of missiles, the Russian Federation may not attack Ukraine on holidays.

The head of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense, Kyrylo Budanov, stated that Russia will have enough missiles for two or three more massive attacks.
