The National Bank of Ukraine applied influence measures in the form of a penalty (fine) to a pawnshop and two financial companies for late submission of reports to the regulator for the third quarter/nine months of 2022.
Fines have been imposed on:
- PT “LOMBARD PLATINUM SKARB” (YEDRPOU 40220974);
- “ACCESSIBLE FINANCES” LLC (EDRPOU 43520794);
- “ESCROW CAPITAL” LLC (EDRPOU 42136722).
Decisions on the application of influence measures were adopted on February 22, 2023 based on the results of on-site supervision on the markets of non-banking financial services and will take effect from February 23, 2023.
Financial institutions must pay the fine within seven working days from the date of receipt of the relevant decision of the regulator on the imposition of the fine.
