Ukrainian high jumper Maguchykh broke the world record that stood for 37 years

2020 Olympic bronze medalist in high jump Yaroslav Maguchykh from Dnipro on Sunday established world record, conquering the bar of 2 m 10 cm.

At the stage of the Diamond League in Paris, where the Olympic Games will soon begin, she broke the record of Stefka Kostadinova from Bulgaria, which had been held since 1987 – 2 m 9 cm.

Before that, at the same competition, Maguchih improved her personal record – 2 m 7 cm.
