The Ukrenergo company terminated the emergency situation in the unified energy system of Ukraine after massive Russian missile strikes on Friday, December 16.

The state of emergency was introduced due to strikes on Ukrainian thermal power plants, hydroelectric power plants and substations of main networks and losses of more than 50% of consumption. The State of Emergency regime applied only to market operations.
