“Unit Development” LLC completed the first priority emergency work to protect the modern medical and diagnostic building from external influences in the cold season at “Okhmatdyt” NDSL (Kyiv).
As the clinic reports on Facebook, the work was carried out with the financial support of the charitable foundation “Tabletochki”. In particular, sandwich panels were installed in damaged window and door openings, insulation of part of the premises was performed to protect the building from external influences, dismantling of dangerous damaged tiles from the facade, insulation of walls with mineral wool, protection of engineering networks and partial replacement of damaged elements.
As noted, thanks to the completed works, the clinic will be able to receive 15% more patients than before its destruction.
As reported, in October, based on the results of bidding in the Prozorro system, “Okhmatdit” NDSL selected “Unit Development” LLC as the contractor for the primary emergency protection works for the protection of the building of the modern building. The expected cost of the purchase was about UAH 9.5 million. According to the results of the auction, the value decreased to UAH 7.5 million. The payer in the specified purchase is BF “Tabletochki”.
