With the support of France, two centers will be created in Dnipro and Kharkiv for the rehabilitation of children who were returned from the Russian Federation, said the newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of France, Jean-Noel Barro, who arrived in Kyiv.
“I want to announce the opening of two centers in Dnipro and Kharkiv with the support of France, which will receive children returning to Ukraine and promote rehabilitation,” he said at a press conference with his Ukrainian counterpart, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiga in Kyiv.
The minister noted that in the social and humanitarian sphere, France has provided Ukrainians with more than 3 billion euros of aid since the beginning of the war.
