Tell me, does everyone like mushrooms? For example, I love them very much, but, unfortunately, I can’t eat them all. When there are mushrooms on my table, it means that the guests will be in a positive mood. If this product is used without sour cream, it will serve as an ideal low-calorie food. Mushrooms, roughly speaking, do not contain fats, but the carbohydrates in them are only useful. We can prepare various delicacies from these “substitutes” for meat. Stuffed mushrooms are very famous among the people. But today we will learn another recipe for cooking mushrooms, which is called mushroom soup.

Ingredients for cooking mushroom soup:

  1. fresh mushrooms – 300 g.;
  2. onion – 1 pc.;
  3. mushroom cubes – 2 cubes or 2 packages of dry mushroom soup.;
  4. spoons of flour – 2 tbsp.;
  5. sour cream – 0.5-1 tbsp.;
  6. green.

Equipment for cooking mushroom soup:

  1. cutting board;
  2. frying pan;
  3. spoon;
  4. plate.

Preparation of mushroom soup.

Step 1: Prepare the products.

First, cut the mushrooms. Before cutting, wash them thoroughly. Then we cut the mushrooms into flat pieces. After that, chop the onion, namely into cubes.

Then we take a pan, pour oil into it and put it on the stove to heat up. And throw in the onion. Let it fry a little.

Here, the onion begins to take on a golden color, we throw in the mushrooms. Fry the whole mass until ready.


Step 2: Boil the broth and serve.

We take out another pan and fry the flour in it until golden. We will not need natural oil. Then let it cool down.

After that, we collect water in a pan, boil it and pour the powdered broth. Then we throw the mushrooms into the broth and mix with this broth.

Now take the cooled flour and mix it with sour cream.
