On February 6, the State Property Fund will hold an auction for the privatization of the Vashkiv distillery in Chernivtsi region: the starting price has been reduced by 50% and now it is UAH 1.9 million.

It is noted that the distillery is located 40 km from Chernivtsi and about 70 km from the state border of Ukraine.
“The transport junction allows to transport products to the regional centers of the west of Ukraine, Romania and Moldova via the P62, M19 and H10 motor roads.
On the basis of the plant, it is possible to develop the production of alcoholic beverages, medicines and cosmetics. Also, the property of the enterprise is intended for storage and processing of raw materials for bakery products,” the message says.
At the same time, the single property complex includes 32 objects, the total area of which is 19,774 m².
They include:
- buildings of the production building, mill, pumping station, yeast fermenter, administrative and household building, grain warehouse, transformer building, mill building, cafe, alcohol storage, weighing, warehouses, malt house, barn, potato storage, chlorinator;
- premises of a canteen, a boiler room, a bottling plant, a cleaning plant, a central warehouse, a blending plant, an alcohol storage facility, a fuel oil farm, a railway dead end, an oil spill, a bard pit, 2 manure storage facilities, silage pits, 2 artesian wells;
- unfinished construction of treatment facilities and a frozen food shop.
There are also 12 vehicles – cars, trucks and special equipment.
