The Minister of Energy of Ukraine Herman Galushchenko reported that on December 31, thanks to the excellent work of the Air Defense Forces and timely technical measures, it was possible to avoid serious damage to the power system due to Russian shelling.
Galushchenko on his Facebook page assuredthat energy workers are working non-stop to restore energy supply and will do everything possible and impossible to ensure that Ukrainians have electricity on New Year’s Eve.
