The head of the Spanish government is in Ukraine for the second time, after the first trip in April 2022.
Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has already arrived in Kyiv by train from the Polish city of Rzeszów, as planned. informs Spanish publication “OK diario”.
The publication notes that the plans for the trip were denied until recently. But Pedro Sanchez went to the capital of Ukraine.
In Kyiv, Sanchez is expected to meet with the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi. As reported, Spanish Defense Minister Margarita Robles confirmed that at least six German-made Leopard tanks will be sent to Ukraine from Spain at the beginning of April this year. By the way, Spain is one of the NATO countries that was one of the first to agree in principle to the provision of tanks to Ukraine.
