Ambassadors of Ukraine and Sweden took part in the screening of the Ukrainian documentary film “20 days in Mariupol”

According to the message of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Serbia Volodymyr Tolkach May 11 at the International Documentary Film Festival Beldocs – International documentary film festival Ukrainian documentary “20 days in Mariupol” was shown, which tells about the life of the people of this eastern city on the front line during the first 20 days of the blockade by the Russian invaders.

Before the screening of the film, the ambassador of Ukraine, Volodymyr Tolkach, and the ambassador of Sweden, Anika Ben David, addressed the guests of the festival (the country presides over the EU).

In their speeches, the ambassadors expressed their sincere gratitude to the organizers and everyone who supported BELDOCS and reminded of the war crimes that Russia has been committing in Ukraine for more than a year, and also called on Serbia to cooperate more actively with other European states in order to stop Russian aggression against Ukraine.
