Ukraine’s victory plan consists of five points and three secret annexes, President Volodymyr Zelenskyi said.
“The first point is geopolitical. Points two and three are military. Point four is economic. Point five of the Victory Plan is security,” said Zelenskyy during the presentation of the Victory Plan to people’s deputies and the Ukrainian community in the Verkhovna Rada.
