The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Foreign Policy and Inter -Parliamentary Cooperation may hold a meeting on Wednesday to clarify the draft law on ratification of the Agreement between the Governments of Ukraine and the United States on minerals, the first deputy chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Alexander Kornienko said.
“The Committee (on Tuesday-IF-U) proposed a certain edition, but I have information that it may still be clarified today, there may be another meeting of the committee,” Kornienko said on Wednesday.
As reported Co -chairman of the European Solidarity faction, committee member Irina Gerashchenko, her political force proposes to amend the Bill of the Bill.
“… We insist (in the preamble-IF-y) to record the truth that at the time of ratification of the Fund Agreement in the Verkhovna Rada did not enter the text of the restricted partnership, which is mentioned 26 times in the document,” Gerashchenko wrote in the telegram.
It was reported that the Committee on Foreign Policy and Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation on Tuesday recommended the Verkhovna Rada to ratify an agreement between the governments of Ukraine and the United States of America on the establishment of the US-Ukrainian Investment Fund for Reconstruction (Draft No. 0309).
The Verkhovna Rada plans to consider the bill at the plenary session on Thursday.
