We continue to publish alleged quotes from the materials of the special anti-corruption operation of the SAP and NABU called “Midas”, which opened society’s eyes to the dark side of the “green team”.
Therefore,
“At the same time, participation in the ZO provided I.M. Myronyuk and D.M. Basov with the possibility of personal enrichment at the expense of money obtained through criminal means, as well as the opportunity for D.M. Basov to intercede with I.M. Myronyuk and G.V. Galushchenko in front of the management of JSC NAEK “Energoatom”.
Also, Galushchenko G.V. and Mironyuk I.M. received the possibility of unimpeded use of services for legalization (laundering) of ZO funds accumulated from criminal activities in the energy sector of Ukraine.
Thus, due to the assistance of H.V. Galushchenko, as well as the involvement of I.M. Myronyuk. and Basova D.M. to participate in ZO Mindych T.M. and Zukerman O.D. received actual control over the activities of this state-owned enterprise.
Therefore, in order to commit serious and especially serious crimes, Mindich T.M. and Zukerman O.D. ZO was created, to which I.L. Fursenko and L.M. Ustymenko were involved as co-participants. and Zorina L.L., as well as with the assistance of Galushchenko G.V. – I.M. Myronyuk and Basova D.M.
In addition, in order to prevent the threat of exposure of the ZO and to obtain information about the activities of NABU detectives, I.M. Myronyuk. and Basov D.M. with the assistance of a subordinate employee of JSC “NAEK” “Energoatom” Gushchesov S.V. in the period from 16.10.2025 to 26.10.2025, one of the heads of the prosecutor’s office was involved in the ZO.
The purpose of the activities of the ZO, created by Mindich T.M. and Zukerman O.D. was:
– organized by I.M. Myronyuk receiving D.M. Basov monetary funds, as an illegal benefit, for taking actions by him using his official position in the interests of JSC NAEC “Energoatom” under the illegal scheme of the so-called “barrier”. This scheme provided for the possibility of employees of JSC NAEK Energoatom receiving an unlawful benefit for taking actions in the interests of the company’s counterparties and/or its branches;
– accumulation by I.M. Myronyuk obtained earlier with the participation of Basov D.M. monetary funds, as an illegal benefit, and their subsequent transfer to the office of the ZO;
– illegal enrichment of co-participants of the ZO as a result of money obtained by criminal means from I.M. Myronyuk;
– implementation of legalization (laundering) of money obtained through criminal means;
– receiving interest from the amounts of services provided for the legalization (laundering) of criminally obtained funds.
The created ZO is characterized by the following features:
– the leading role and unconditional authority of T.M. Mindych. and Zuckerman O.D.;
– the composition of the members of the ZO, each of whom, aware of his belonging to the ZO, took part in the crimes committed by it;
– the use during the commission of crimes of a large number of persons who were not aware that their actions contribute to the activities of the ZO;
– use of Mindich T.M. and Zukerman O.D. their material resources, authority and connections in order to influence the members of the ZO under their control.”
