He visited a building where several apartments were damaged by the wreckage of a downed drone.
The mayor posted a photo on Facebook — in the apartments themselves and near the high-rise building. It can be seen that families with children live in the residential complex. And their lives were in danger at night.
The mayor of Kyiv talked to the residents of the building. The city will do everything possible to restore damaged buildings as soon as possible.

“This is the most massive attack on our city since the beginning of the war. All the drones were shot down. Thanks to air defense, no one died. Five people were injured, their lives are not in danger. There is damage to houses, kindergartens and schools. The commission will analyze the damage. The city will do everything possible to restore the houses as soon as possible. Today, security is the most important issue,” the mayor said.
As a result of the drone attack on Kyiv, five people were injured, two people are in the hospital, Klitschko said:
“There are injured people from a house in Sviatoshyn district. They were taken to the hospital. Thanks to air defense, no one died in Kyiv at night. Two people are currently in the hospital, one person underwent surgery. Five were injured. There is no threat to life.”
