Under the procedural leadership of the Western District Prosecutor’s Office of the city of Dnipro, an indictment was sent to court against a local resident who committed lewd acts against a minor child.
According to the investigation, in November 2022, a previously convicted man, taking advantage of the absence of the child’s mother at home, committed lewd acts against the 7-year-old daughter of his roommate.
The man is currently in custody.
