The head of the department of psychological support, Oksana Miguel, and psychologist Alyona Babych conducted regular training for the management staff of the territorial units of the region.
During the event, participants discussed leadership styles, learned how to model situations and choose optimal ways to effectively manage a team, and also shared situations from their own experience.
“The main goal of the training is to teach you to develop the ability to create an atmosphere of harmony, cooperation and enthusiasm in teams, to be able to direct and inspire the personnel to achieve the set goals. This is the key to an effective leader, and therefore an effective manager,” said Oksana Miguel, summing up the event.
The event was also attended by the employees of the Bashtan UP, who distinguished themselves by their heroic behavior in the first days of the large-scale invasion and were awarded a number of departmental and state awards.
