The National Bank of Ukraine applied influence measures in the form of an obligation to take measures to eliminate the violation and the reasons that contributed to its commission, to three providers of non-banking financial services:
LLC “DYMETRA FINANCE” (YEDRPOU 43101308);
“RENTA LEASING” LLC (EDRPOU 42635864);
LLC “FK FACTORING ALPHA” (EDRPOU 41733810).
Impact measures were applied in connection with the failure to provide information and documents to fulfill the requirements of subparagraph 2, item 2, item 3 and item 91 Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine dated December 24, 2021 No. 153 “On approval of the Regulation on licensing and registration of financial service providers and the conditions for their performance of financial services activities” (with amendments).
The specified providers of non-banking financial services are obliged to eliminate the violations by April 28, 2023.
Such decisions were adopted by the Committee on Supervision and Regulation of Non-Banking Financial Services Markets on March 27, 2023.
