This morning, April 24, the police received a report about a fire in the village of Miliyevo, Vyzhnytsky District. To find out the circumstances of the event, employees of the Vyzhnytsky District Police Department and the State Emergency Service went to the scene of the incident.
The law enforcement officers previously found out that the church and the shop were burning as a result of arson. The police carried out urgent investigative measures and promptly identified the violator. He turned out to be a 34-year-old resident of the village of Ispas.
Police officers detained the man.
Police investigators have started criminal proceedings based on this fact. Primary investigative actions are being conducted to establish the circumstances and motives of the offenses committed.
