Under the procedural guidance of the Right Bank District Prosecutor’s Office of the city of Dnipro, two employees of the state bank were informed of the suspicion of unauthorized actions with personal information.
According to the investigation, the suspects reissued bank cards and passwords to them without the knowledge of the owners, who are in the temporarily occupied territories of the Luhansk region. The indicated data were reissued to a false person.
According to the results of the conducted computer and technical examination, 18 facts of changes in personal data of citizens were established.
The materials related to the person to whom the invoices were reissued were allocated to a separate criminal proceeding.
