The court found two 33-year-old residents of the regional center of Volyn guilty of committing robbery under martial law in support of the public accusation by the prosecutors of the Lutsk District Prosecutor’s Office.
On the afternoon of July 17, 2022, men, one of whom had already had conflicts with the law, attacked a passerby near a house on Sobornosti Avenue in Lutsk, beat him and took 3,000 hryvnias.
The court sentenced each of the accused to eight years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.
