Residents of the high-rise building heard the shot and immediately called 102. A conflict between neighbors led to such a solution. The investigative and operative group of the Zhytomyr district administration went to the scene of the incident.

At the address indicated by the applicant, the police registered the fact of an attempted murder.

In the course of investigating the circumstances, it turned out that the 53-year-old resident of this building left his package on the bench and left for a few minutes, and when he returned, he did not find his things.

Neighbors reported that the bag was taken by another resident of the house who lives on the first floor. The robbed man began to catch up with his neighbor to return his things, but encountered aggression. The pensioner was not going to return the stolen goods and a fight broke out between the men.

At the same time, the pensioner returned to the apartment, took a revolver for shooting rubber bullets and fired a shot directly into the neighbor’s face. The man was injured in the form of a gunshot wound.

During the inspection of the perpetrator’s residence, the police found and seized more than 500 tons of ammunition and a revolver.

The man was detained.

For such actions, he is threatened with deprivation of liberty for a period of seven to fifteen years.
