On September 22, 2021, the country was shaken by the shocking news – at around 10 o’clock in the morning in the Kyiv region, near the village of Lisnyki, an armed attempt was made on the life of a friend and First Assistant to the President of Ukraine, Serhiy Shefir. The attackers, using automatic weapons, fired more than 10 shots at the car in which Serhiy Shefir was driving. As a result of the attempt, the driver received bullet wounds.
The law enforcement system reacted instantly – an operational interception plan was introduced, a Special Investigation Unit was formed to investigate the attempt, and hundreds of employees were involved. The case is under the personal control of the Prosecutor General.
Also, it should be noted the reaction of the President of Ukraine, who declared the inevitability of the punishment and was sure that this attempt was made with the aim of intimidating the President’s team and him personally, but such actions led to another result – maximum consolidation.
However, even taking into account the mentioned resonance and operative actions of the law enforcement officers, it was not possible to arrest the criminals on the “hot trail”. The process of conducting investigative and operational actions continues, the versions of the commission of the crime are considered and verified.
Of course, given the audacity and blatant showiness of this terrorist act, the investigative journalists of the UA2DAY editorial office could not stand aside and started their own investigation of this high-profile event.
It should be noted that even the initial results of the investigation stunned authoritative law enforcement officers and heads of special services. Now, we want to introduce them to our audience.
So, at the beginning of the investigation, we firmly decided on the version that the terrorist act was committed, namely because of the official activities of Mr. Shefir.
It should be noted that, taking into account his personal experience and long-term and frank, friendly relations with the President, Serhiy Nakhmanovich’s official duties include making decisions on quite important and sometimes the most conflicting situations. Of course, it is important in the context of reforming state policy.
In particular, his field of expertise included the development and implementation of anti-oligarchic policy.
We will remind that this project was successfully launched and supported by the parliamentary majority in the hall of the Verkhovna Rada.
However, of course, many of the persons who formally fall under the evaluation criteria of “oligarch” did not like it. Since each of them, and they are influential and wealthy people, there are risks of a decrease in political and media influence on Ukrainian society, and, accordingly, a rapid decrease in excess profits.
Hypothetically, Ihor Kolomoiskyi, Petro Poroshenko, Viktor Medvedchuk, Viktor Pinchuk and Renat Akhmetov can be counted among such well-known persons. A powerful company that controls part of the country’s GDP, parliamentary groups, and mass media.
It was against this “company” that Serhii Shefir worked.
The second motive for committing this terrorist act was the need to destabilize the situation in the country, and even more so, on the eve of the speech of the President of Ukraine at the UN.
And, of course, we wondered who could benefit from this destabilization.
The answer is obvious – the Russian Federation. And, in particular, the special services of this country, whose competence includes conducting similar actions on the territory of foreign countries.
So the interests of the Ukrainian oligarchy and foreign Chekists converged.
However, conducting such an operation by the forces of the GRU and the Vimpel special unit turned out to be quite risky, due to the possibility of exposure by the forces of the Ukrainian and American special services.
Then, it was decided to use the forces of the FSB of the Russian Federation with the involvement of a “thieves'” company “controlled” by them.
For a long time, it is not a secret for anyone that some representatives of the mentioned “association” actively cooperated with the special service in agreement with one or another interest. Of course, such a statement is not relevant to persons for whom “concepts have not grown with sedge grass”, but refers, mostly, to the “orange” component of the “community”.
Therefore, in order to implement the mentioned criminal intent, FSB staff involved a number of people who are directly related to the world of Russian and international organized crime.
The probable scheme of the crime could look something like this:
An “authoritative” employee was called to Lubyanka and was clearly assigned the task of organizing a crime. Financing, weapons, vehicles, accommodation for the period of preparation for the attempt and the organization of escape routes were agreed with the Ukrainian “colleagues”. And here the most interesting part of the story begins. Of course, we cannot confirm its 100% authenticity, but we are sure that it needs to be carefully checked by law enforcement agencies of Ukraine.
So, we started with the study of the biography of the “King” of the criminal post-Soviet world, an Izid by nationality – the now deceased Aslan Rashidovich Usoyan, better known among a narrow circle of friends as Did Hasan. The earth is his fluff and we have no right to judge how he lived his life, but some editorial sources claim that he was a decent and sensible person, talented, as he managed to create a whole clan whose interests include all spheres of social, business and political life .
Of course, even after the murder of Aslan Rashidovych, the organization he created is working successfully and is replenished with new, promising participants. Such persons include the well-known thief “in law” Dzhemal Mamoyan, better known as Jacko among his friends.
Dzeko’s interests include “maintaining order” in the Far East of the Russian Federation. However, we were more interested in his family ties, which lead to Dzeko’s relative – Suto Mamoyan.
And here, the most interesting thing begins – Suto Mamoyan, a well-known Ukrainian entrepreneur, born in 1981. He has a secondary education, which did not prevent him from successfully running his father’s business, whose interests include growing cereals, production of meat products, etc.
Mr. Mamoyan’s family periodically arouses the interest of journalists due to their incredible wealth, political and administrative influence.
Yes, Suto Mamoyan’s brother, Rustam Sutko (Mamoyan), is an influential employee of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, who directly monitors the legality of the entire SBI activity.
The wife of Rustam Mamoyan (Sutko) is Natalia, a former, respected manager of such companies as Shakhtar Stadium and Donbas Arena.
Father-in-law of Suto Mamoyan – Volodymyr Kovalevskyi – former head of the National Agency for preparation for EURO-2012.
So, the powerful “pro-Kurosian” roof and trust in the family on the part of the “oligarch” from Donbas – Renat Akhmetov – allows Suto to feel as impunity as possible and to increase the family fortune. Although, the history of Suto’s memory hides three criminal cases for robbery, extortion and a traffic accident with fatal consequences. However, for all his actions, he received only a suspended sentence and has a great opportunity to relax with naked girls in the midst of quarantine restrictions and also in the company of his friend – the “thief in law” Nodar Usoyan, better known as Nador Rustavskyi.
At first glance, it seems that this is the story of an ordinary, but authoritative businessman from a wealthy family, who can afford friendship with thieves in law, and also a relative from the most powerful Russian criminal clan. But, no!!!!
At the same time, with criminal cases, convictions and criminal connections, Mr. Suto Mamoyan is an active People’s Deputy of Ukraine from OPZZH – the party of the godfather of the President of the Russian Federation – Viktor Medvedchuk! And, in addition, a member of the committee on law enforcement activities.
These are the realities of the political world of democratic Ukraine!
So, in the middle of our story we have: an attempt on Serhiy Shefir, the FSB, the criminal clan “Dida Hassan”, the thief “in law” Jemal Mamoyan, the thief “in law” Nodar Rustavskyi, the People’s Deputy of Ukraine Suto Mamoyan, the godfather of Putin and the oligarch – Viktor Medvedchuk and a respected entrepreneur from Donbas – Renat Akhmetov.
Using this example, we prove to you the fact of the excellent consolidation of the interests of the FSB in destabilizing the internal situation in Ukraine and the struggle of some oligarchs directly connected with the aggressor state against the anti-oligarchic policy of Ukraine.
However, the most important issue regarding the perpetrators of this crime remains unexplained.
And then our attention was drawn by Suto Mamoyan’s friend, the former head of the investigative-operational group that investigated the murder of journalist Pavlo Sheremet – the former head of internal security of the National Police and the former head of the entire operational sector of the National Police – General Yevhen Koval!
The person of Mr. Koval is quite interesting. Starting with the fact that, according to our colleagues – journalists, he uses Suto Mamoyan’s undeclared car – a Toyota Land Cruiser 200.

However, the most impressive fact is that, according to competent editorial sources, it was Evgeny Koval who was behind the search, cover-up and provision of the assassination attempt on Serhii Shefir. Because he has experience both in organizing similar actions and in their investigation. In addition, it has sufficient funding, provided by the respected People’s Deputy from OPZZ and a friend of Medvedchuk and Akhmetov – Suto Mamoyan.

In summary, we ask the special services of Ukraine to pay attention to the information presented and conduct a full, comprehensive and objective investigation.
