American Farris Frank still can’t believe he won for the second time. A man plans to spend some of his new winnings on a vacation with his wife.

Farris Frank, 41, from North Carolina hit the $2 million jackpot less than two years after he won the million dollar jackpot. It is reported UPI.

The American said he was out of town on construction work when he stopped at the Handy House on Arendell Street in Morehead City and bought a Diamond Dazzler lottery ticket.

A man who won a jackpot of $1 million on a scratch ticket in July 2021 learned that he won the top prize of $2 million.

“It’s cool because the first time I won two miles from my home, this time I won four and a half hours away. What are the chances that I will be there at that exact moment in time?” said Frank.

The American said that he always suspected that another jackpot was waiting for him in the future. The man said that the day before he won, his friend asked him what it was like to win a million dollars. Frank replied that he intended to double his winnings.

The winner said he still can’t believe his second jackpot.

“I didn’t know if it was a dream or reality. For some time I was just shocked,” he said.

The millionaire spent his first winnings on a wedding he had dreamed of for a long time. For now, he plans to spend some of his new winnings on a vacation with his wife.
