Oleg Synegubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, informed about this in Telegram channels:
“The enemy continues to terrorize the civilian population of Kharkiv region, shelling the border settlements of the region.
Last day, Kupyansk, Strelecha, Ohirtseve, Dvorichna and other settlements of Kharkiv, Kupyan and Chuguyiv districts were under the fire of the occupiers.
In Kupyansk, a transport infrastructure object was damaged by shelling, and a fire broke out. During yesterday’s day, the enemy from tanks and self-propelled guns massively shelled the village of Dvorichna in the Kupyan district.
Near the village In Budarka of the Chuguyiv district, a Russian munition, previously an ATGM, hit the Niva civilian car. The couple died – a 48-year-old man and a 45-year-old woman.”
