Naftogaz explained whether it is possible to pay for gas not every month, as payments are received, but quarterly.
This is stated in the company’s response to a client’s request on Facebook, Khvyla reports.
A netizen asked if it was possible to pay for gas quarterly, that is, once every three months.
This may be a relevant issue for Ukrainians during the war. Moreover, the penalty for untimely payment of electricity is not accrued during this period.
Naftogaz noted that it is possible to pay for gas consumed at any time.
The CC advises to pay monthly, as unpaid amounts will be considered arrears. However, there is no problem to pay the “debts” at once.
“You can make payments to your personal account at any time. But we recommend that you make payments every month in accordance with the charges on your personal account, so that it does not form a debt,” the company’s response reads.
