Oatmeal salad recipe

Oatmeal is considered very useful for the body. Oatmeal contains a large amount of natural antioxidants – substances that increase the body’s resistance to various infections and environmental influences.

Soak oatmeal in milk. Leave them overnight.


Step 2: Prepare the apples

Wash the apples, remove the skin and seeds and grate on a coarse grater. Sprinkle them with lemon juice.


Step 3: Prepare the raisins

Wash raisins, scald with boiling water.


Step 4: Prepare oatmeal salad

Combine all the ingredients: apples, oatmeal, honey, nuts and raisins. Mix and put in a salad bowl.

Advice:

– Part of the nuts can be left and used for decoration, sprinkling them over the finished salad.

– You can soak the flakes right before preparing the salad, then you will need a little more milk, and the time for the flakes to swell is 20 minutes.

– For variety, you can use different nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds).
