A resident of Kherson was injured as a result of an attack by Russian occupiers on a high-rise building in the center of Kherson on Wednesday night, the victim was 74 years old. reported Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson regional administration.
“One of the shells hit the apartment where an elderly Kherson woman lives. Only by a miracle did she stay alive,” wrote Prokudin in a telegram.
Specialists of the Kherson regional communal emergency and rescue service are working at the site of the shelling.
