The reason for the decision not to participate in the summit seems to be that Russia will not be present at it.
What preceded: On Sunday, President Volodymyr Zelenskyi accused China of pressuring other countries not to participate in the upcoming Peace Summit.
In February 2024, during a visit to Saudi Arabia, Zelensky met with the Crown Prince, Prime Minister of the country Muhammad bin Salman Al Saud and discussed the Peace Formula with him.
